PRC is a nonprofit community development
corporation dedicated to the revitalization of
neighborhoods by facilitating community development
projects and the creation of lowincome
and workforce housing. An emphasis
is placed on the revitalization of Central City
South, a community located immediately
south of the Downtown Business District and
the Capitol Mall. The organization’s mission
is “to revitalize communities through the development
of affordable housing and community
development.”
