PRC Fix-It Program:

· For Central City South (CCS) residents living in single-family homes
· This is an resident -occupied minor home repair program
· Repairs could include: fences, doors, locks, gates, windows and painting of homes
· Estimated repairs could range up to: $500 in supplies (0 out-of-pocket expenses) & $1,500+ for labor expenses (volunteers/contract staff)
· Working with: “Yard Clean UP,” a beautification crew & Corporate, neighborhood and partner volunteers
· PRC technical assistance throughout application process
· Possible referral for minor /major rehabilitation programs up to $25,000.00.
· Applications are accepted on-going. Not all applicants will be eligible.

Eligibility (First come first serve):

· Be a resident in a single-family home of Central City South
· Be able to provide a picture identification (State or government issued, Alien Registration or Passport)
· Be at 80% median income level based on HUD national limits or below
· Provide evidence of occupancy (at least 1 current utility from resident)
· Homes are within the targeted neighborhood (see above map).
