Leadership Academy 46

The Leadership Academy will provide capacity building, training and support to an intergenerational group of leaders. The academy focuses on how to increase residents’ awareness of community resources, and how to use intergenerational strategies as a means to work for community change. Topics include self-esteem, communication, diversity, teamwork, values, and ethical leadership. Participants ages 12 and up are welcome to join in on the learning and fun.
