Kendra Cea, Member

Kendra Cea works in Customer Account Management for Arizona's largest and longest serving electric utility – Arizona Public Service.

She is respon sible for managing APS’ relationships with the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, the State of Arizona, and U.S. General Services Administration on electrical / energy related issues.

Kendra joined APS in 1987, while attending Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She transferred to APS’ Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix in 1989, initially working in the company’s Power Quality Marketing department and later moved to Corporate Communications where she spent eight years managing corporate events and community outreach programs.

In addition to her day to day work functions, Kendra serves as a volunteer, chairperson and board member for many community organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Phoenix Revitalization Corporation, the Scottsdale Jaycees Parada del Sol, Valley Leadership and the Valley of the Sun United Way.

Kendra is married to Phil Cea Jr. They have a son – Cody (age 4) and Kendra has three step-daughters – CiCi (23), Heather (18) and Nicole (16). The Cea’s live in the Arrowhead Ranch area of north Glendale
