Ms. Olivas joined PRC in 2005 and has served as the Program Director and Deputy Director prior to her current position as Executive Director/CEO. Ms. Olivas brings 26 years of program and staff supervision in the recreation and behavioral health fields.

Eva Olivas is a native Phoenician. Raised in South and Central Phoenix, she is very familiar with the changes and issues in the Phoenix area. She attended Phoenix College and Arizona State University and was a professional coach in schools at the elementary, high school and Junior College levels. Ms. Olivas was recognized by receiving the “Skyline Division High School Coach of the Year” Award.

Eva has spent many years volunteering in the community. She has participated in neighborhood associations in the Central Phoenix area focusing her efforts on fighting blight and crime and making her community a safer place to live. Her passion… “The People” as she states.
