Mrs. Eloisa O. Johnson - Accounts Manager

A native Phoenician, Eloisa Johnson was raised in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Mrs. Johnson came to PRC in 2005 with twenty one years of banking experience at Bank One and Wells Fargo in multiple areas of bank operations and Human Resources. Eloisa Johnson selected to expand her knowledge by moving into the non-profit area working four years in the positions of Office Manager and Accounts Payables.

Eloisa Johnson’s diverse experiences have resulted in her appointment to manage the largest program at PRC, Affordable Housing Disposition (AHDP). Additionally, Mrs. Johnson has oversight of the accounts receivable and payables as well as the facility and information systems management.
